We are a Taekwondo school affiliated with the ATA (Always Take Action). In a friendly and fun environment, we teach Songham style of Taekwondo using various programs such as ATA Tigers and Karate for Kids and Leadership and Legacy. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that builds self-confidence, self-esteem, physical fitness and mental alertness.
Taekwondo is practiced by students age three to one hundred three. Although martial arts are individually practiced, we build social bonds among family and friends.
School owner and ATA certified instructor Karen Fresh is a Fifth Degree Black Belt and has studied and practiced Taekwondo since 1995. Ten of her children, as well as her husband, have attained black belts in ATA Taekwondo. Karen has been a resident of Lake Havasu City since 1985 and has been visiting her family here since 1972.
She is assisted by her daughter, ATA certified instructor Alexandra Landoni a Fourth Degree Black Belt. Mrs. Landoni has been involved since being a Tiger in 1997.
